Investigators from the Cancer Research Center at HealthPartners/Park Nicollet in Minneapolis, MN would like to better understand the opinions of patients and/or their loved ones about the use of medical cannabis and cannabis-related products like cannabidiol (CBD). Your responses will help us better understand how patients use or do not use medical cannabis as a treatment option. This survey is Institutional Review Board (IRB) approved. Answering these survey questions is entirely voluntary and will not affect anyone’s medical care, insurance coverage, or relationships with health care providers.
