The team at Cannabis Patient Advocacy & Support Services presents a Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) webinar series on medicinal cannabis, theory, and case studies.
Series 2: MDT and how nurses apply outcomes in practice. The webinar will feature Registered Nurse Sophie Hayes, RN (CPASS’s Clinical Lead) in conversation with
- Dr. Anthony Ordman, a Pain Specialist Consultant and Senior Clinical Advisor and Medical Director for Integro Clinics
- Carl Hovey, Pharmacist of Sapphire Medical Clinic and Advisory Board Member of CPASS
- Dr. Leon Barron, General Practitioner, Founder of Primary Care Cannabis Network
Over the next year, CPASS will organize medical leaders from a multitude of disciplines to provide world-class education on medicinal cannabis for UK registered nurses and healthcare professionals. Each event will be led by nurses and be structured into 2 parts 1) the theory behind the benefits of cannabis medicines within key areas of medicine, and 2) an MDT demonstrating how the theory is put into practice.
