In this course, Patricia Frye, MD, reviews the immune response and the factors that may lead to autoimmune disease. Course participants will be introduced to the current literature on the immunomodulating effects of cannabinoids and how they may prove to benefit patients suffering from these conditions. The course includes case reports and approaches to dosing and chemovar profiles. It also examines other guidelines for using cannabis in the treatment of symptoms associated with autoimmune disease in a clinical setting.
