DESCRIPTION:About \nA Puff Before a Pour: Dose-Dependent Effects of Cannabis on Drinking \nEvent Description: \nThis month’s journal club will examine a landmark randomized controlled crossover trial exploring how smoked cannabis affects alcohol craving and consumption under controlled laboratory conditions. With the rise of THC beverages\, “Cali sober” trends\, and increasing co-use of cannabis and alcohol\, this study provides some of the strongest causal evidence to date on whether THC increases or decreases drinking.
